If you are trying to sign your lease but are not receiving the 2FA code, there are a few possible causes.
- Your mobile details were entered incorrectly during the creation of the lease.
- If you think this might be the case, please reach out to your Property Manager directly to confirm the details.
- There may be an intermittent issue with your mobile carrier.
- If this is the case, please restart your phone and ensure that you are in an area with good reception when attempting to sign your lease.
