Using DocuSign to send your General Tenancy Agreements will be a slightly different process than what you are used to on your other Realworks forms.
Can the DocuSign signing email be changed?
You cannot change the subject line or the content of the signing email that is sent to tenants when sending your General Tenancy Agreements using DocuSign from within the form itself.
Note ➞ this is only applicable to the Form 18a and does not affect your ability to amend the email content in other Realworks forms when using DocuSign.
If you would like to customise the signing email that is sent to your tenants on the General Tenancy Agreement, you can only do so when using One Touch™.
What functionality is available in the DocuSign integration?
The DocuSign integration with Realworks allows you to send General Tenancy Agreements to your tenants for electronic signing directly from the Form 18a.
General Tenancy Agreement - Form 18a
When sending your General Tenancy Agreement with DocuSign, please remember to complete all of the Signee details at the bottom of the form to ensure the signing email can be delivered to both the tenants and your agency.
Once you send your General Tenancy Agreement using DocuSign, the tenant will receive the following signing email.
