Why does this happen?
If emails are ending up in your Junk/Spam folders, it is likely due to the way your email service is identifying these emails. no-reply addresses and automated emails may be filtered through to Junk/Spam folders automatically

To ensure that Realworks emails are accepted in your Inbox in future, please whitelist:
