The short answer is no.
One Touch™ uses a two-factor authentication process in order to sign the agreement. The two-factor authentication process requires a unique email and mobile number for each tenant signee, as these are the two details used to validate the tenants identity. This is the same authentication process used by banks, leading social media platforms and even Google!
It is important that the phone number and email address used to identify a tenant signee, are in fact the contact details for the individual tenant signee. This will ensure that the two-factor authentication used during the One Touch™ authentication process is in fact correct. In the event tenants are unable to provide the agency with individual contact details, please finalise the agreement using alternative methods.
