What is One Touch™?
One Touch™ enables you to have your tenancy agreement signed in minutes, not days. You can attach all the required documentation, add additional contract terms, set a contract signature due date, get a history of the contract activity and track its status in real time.

What is the Process?
Signature deadline
Setting a signature deadline encourages the tenant to sign the agreement within a specified time frame. If signatures are outstanding, an automatic reminder will be emailed to both the tenant and the agent to explain that the deadline is approaching and the agreement still requires signing.
Note ➞ the agreement can still be signed after the signature deadline has passed by accessing the signing email. This feature does not cancel or invalidate the agreement at the expiry of the deadline.
Signee details
You will then be required to complete the details of each Signee. Please note that the tenant details will automatically populate with the information listed in Item 2 of the form. If Item 2 has been left blank, you will need to manually update the tenant details in this section.
When completing these details, please ensure that they are accurate and are individual to each Signee, as this information is used to authenticate their identity and is essential for the One Touch™ process.
Note ➞ If you receive a red error message after inputting the Signee details this means that the system has flagged these details as potentially invalid. Please ensure to review the details and ensure that they are correct. If the details are correct, don't worry - you will still be able to continue on and finalise the agreement using One Touch™.
Where your tenants do not have their own individual email and/or mobile details, you will not be able to finalise the agreement using One Touch and will need to complete the process using an alternative method.
Note ➞ Mobile details can be entered as usual and the +61 prefix will be automatically updated.
Custom Email to the Tenant
At the bottom of the Form 18a, you will notice the customisable email. This is the initial email sent to the tenant, which includes a link for them to sign the agreement. We have included a default email which you can either leave "as is" or customise to suit your agency. In order to insert new text, simply delete the existing text and type or copy and paste your own.
You can also add your own logo to the initial email.
Note ➞ These updates will be saved for your future agreements.
Upload documents
With this function, you are able to either insert documents that must be viewed and acknowledged by the tenants, or that are simply attachments to the initial signing email. Also, you have the option to upload default documents that can be viewed and used by the whole agency, or upload temporary documents for a particular agreement.
For more information regarding the attachment functionality please click here.
Notifications
This section allows you to specify who in the agency will receive updates regarding the progress of the form. The person listed here, is also the person who will receive the initial email containing the "Track Contract Status" button.
Note ➞ This person is listed for updates and information only, they will not be able to complete the signing process.
Send Using One Touch™
Once all the details are completed, the "Send Using One Touch™" button will light up blue, allowing you to send off the agreement using One Touch™.
Once the agreement is underway, all tenants will receive an initial email containing a signing link along with any attachments that you have selected for the agreement.
The agent listed to receive notifications will receive an initial email acknowledging that a new tenancy agreement has been created. This email will include a "Track Contract Status" button that will allow you to receive updates on each stage of the signing process in real-time.
Note ➞ You can also now view the status of the agreement directly from the form within Realworks. For more information on this, please click here.
Note ➞ Only once all tenants have completed singing will the agreement come back to the Lessor/Agent for signing.
Once all parties have completed signing, everyone will receive a final email notifying them that the agreement has been signed and attaching a signed copy of the agreement.
What if I don't want to use One Touch™?
If you do not wish to finalise the agreement using One Touch™, you can click “Use alternate method”, at the bottom of the page and select "Download & Finalise".
Where you are finalising the agreement by Download, you will still need to complete the Lessor/Agent Signee details in order for these to populate on the signature block of the final agreement.
Note ➞ If you proceed with an alternative method, this will disable all One Touch™ features, including the customisable email, the signing deadline and automatic emails.
