Section 5 - Documents emailed to the tenant
Yes. Located in the One Touch section of the General Tenancy Agreement is a section that allows you to add any required attachments that you would like to send with the General Tenancy Agreement. We recommend attaching the Bond form in Section 5, "documents emailed to the tenant" and updating the cusotmisable email to indicate that the tenants need to sign the Bond form separately and email this back to the office.
