- 1. Not all tenants have signed the agreement

- 3. Incorrect Signee details
- 4. Multiple agreements have been issued
If you have sent off a general tenancy agreement using One Touch™ and have not yet received an email asking you to sign the lease, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Not all tenants have signed the agreement
One Touch™ will firstly request the signature of all tenants before returning to the Agent/Lessor to sign. This means your agency will not receive a signing email until all tenants have completed the signing process first.
To check the status of an agreement, please select the "Track Contract Status" button provided in the initial email sent to the agency. This email is provided to the contact specified in the form as the person who will be receiving updates in the Agency.
The "Track Contract Status" feature provides your agency with an update on all of the events that have occurred in relation to the agreement to date, including which tenants have signed.
You can also check the status of your agreements directly within Realworks through the Activity Panel feature (displayed below). For more information on this, please click here.
2. The email is caught in your Junk or Spam folder
If you cannot locate the signing email in your Inbox, please also check your Junk/Spam folders. If the email is found in your Junk or Spam folders, please ensure to whitelist the email address to ensure you don't miss any future emails.
3. Incorrect Signee details
Another possible cause for agents not receiving the signing email is that the Signee contact details were entered incorrectly at the time of sending the agreement via One Touch™. Where you believe this may be the case, you can reach out to the Support Team for further assistance.
4. Multiple agreements have been issued
If multiple agreements have been issued for the one property, it may be that the tenants have each signed a different agreement, thus preventing the signing email from returning to your agency. If you think this might be the case, please reach out to the Support Team for further assistance.
