Managing your team on Hutly

Introduction

On Hutly's platform you have the ability to have multiple users, each having a separate account. Each user can have specific permissions to ensure you are comfortable with who is handling what data/information.

Inviting New Users

Whilst on any part of the website, you will have access to a sidebar with multiple links for quick acess to popular parts of the site. Towards the bottom you will need to click Settings. 

Here you are presented with multiple details pertaining to your agency, such as: Name, Address, phone number etc. Along the top you will see various headings. We want to select User Management.

On this next screen any existing users can be seen and there is a button that says + Invite New User.

Immediately a window will pop up where you will have to populate the relvant fields of the person you are inviting to join.

Note that different roles have different permissions which can be viewed by clicking on the blue View permissions link.

When all fields are populated you will be able to click Send Invite which will send an email to the email address specified, requesting them to join the team.

Managing Existing Users

Whilst on any part of the website, you will have access to a sidebar with multiple links for quick acess to popular parts of the site. Towards the bottom you will need to click Settings. 

Here you are presented with multiple details pertaining to your agency, such as: Name, Address, phone number etc. Along the top you will see various headings. We want to select User Management.

On this page you can see all current users. You will notice that their names are in blue. If you click on one of the users' names you will be shown their account details such as Name, email, mobile number, and their role/permissions.

On this screen there are two buttons you can select. Delete User and Edit Details.

Delete User is used to remove the user entirely from your system. Edit Details is used to change the existing information. You will have the option to adjust their permissions (assuming you have permission) and/or change their profile picture.

In the lower right hand corner you will have the option to Cancel or Save Changes.

Pressing Cancel will revert back to the previous information, thus undoing any editing you had done.

Save Changes will commit to the changes you have made.
